30 hours - negotiable

$60,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience

Vehicle included + Laptop + Phone


Proud Properties is seeking a Property Manager to join their Taupō team!


(Please note that NZ working rights and 2 years property management experience are essential)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Property Manager, you'll work alongside the owner to support the end-to-end management of our residential property portfolio.


Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • carrying out routine on-site property inspections
  • organising repair and maintenance work
  • showing rental properties to prospective tenants
  • processing tenancy applications and completing reference checks
  • proactively seeking and acquiring new business opportunities
  • completing related administration and compliance tasks


REQUIREMENTS

  • Current NZ working rights essential
  • Min. 2 years property management experience essential
  • Current New Zealand driver's licence essential
  • Strong computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • General understanding of the property management industry
  • Previous Palace software experience highly regarded
