About the role

Here’s an opportunity to join a highly regarded commercial property team and work on matters that sit at the heart of some of New Zealand’s most significant property projects.


You’ll be exposed to a broad mix of commercial property work, including major developments, investment and development transactions, leasing matters and more. The client base is impressive, ranging from major corporates and developers through to private investors and institutional clients.


This is a role where you’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work while having access to experienced lawyers who are invested in your development. If you’re looking to build your commercial property career in a sophisticated, supportive environment, this could be an excellent next step.

  • Support major development and investment transactions
  • Advise on commercial leasing arrangements
  • Assist with Overseas Investment matters
  • Draft and negotiate property documentation
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Skills & experience

To be considered for this role, you will be a NZ admitted solicitor with around 2–3 years' experience in commercial property. You’ll have a solid grounding in general commercial property work and be keen to continue developing your technical and commercial skills.


You’ll bring a practical, solutions-focused approach and be confident communicating with clients and colleagues. A willingness to learn, strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client service will be key to your success.
