ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Activation Director, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, performance and growth of the company's Paid Search offering.  You'll ensure best-in-class execution, driving innovation and delivering measurable outcomes for clients.


This is a key leadership role that will help evolve their Paid Search capability, developing a high performing team and partnering with clients to maximise the impact of their search investment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will work closely with the senior leadership team to connect targeting, data, measurement, testing strategies and user experience, ensuring Search is not just a channel, but a performance engine across the full funnel.


This role also supports the leadership and evolution of the organisation's Search product offering, championing its value across the agency and with clients. You will assist to drive the adoption of AI-led Search approaches, while helping shape how they blend Paid Search and SEO into a cohesive, modern Search strategy.


ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking an experienced and motivating leader. who is able to build trusted client relationships and consistently deliver high-quality investment outcomes.

  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced Google Ads + Microsoft Ads expertise (social search platform experience beneficial)
  • Understanding of SEO & GEO concepts
  • Confident reporting & analytical skills (GA4 basics)
  • Strong performance analysis and insight storytelling (clear recommendations, not just reporting)
  • Experience running structured test-and-learn / experimentation frameworks
