What does a typical day look like?Every day brings something a little different, but you can generally expect to:

  • Assist skilled tradespeople on busy, fast-paced commercial or civil sites.
  • Handle site preparation, clearing debris, and maintaining a safe, tidy workspace.
  • Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
  • Load, unload, and move construction materials.
  • Bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to every task, big or small.

What you bring to the crew:You don't need a massive CV, but you do need the right attitude. We are looking for:

  • Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to give 100%.
  • Physical Fitness: You’re comfortable lifting, bending, and being on your feet all day.
  • Safety-First Mindset: You take care of yourself and look out for your mates on site.
  • Transport: A reliable way to get to work each morning.
  • Pass the Basics: You must be able to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen and Ministry of Justice check.
  • Having a current Site Safe passport or a Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers (WTR) endorsement is a massive bonus, but not essential!
