About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, people-focused Duty Manager to help keep things running smoothly and the good vibes flowing. You’ll be the go-to on shift – supporting the team, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily service and supporting the front-of-house team
  • Jumping in wherever needed – from greeting guests to running food and drinks
  • Handling customer feedback with confidence and care
  • Managing cash-ups and ensuring smooth shift transitions 💰
  • Keeping the venue looking sharp and running like clockwork
  • Leading by example and helping to train and motivate the crew

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or duty manager role
  • A current LCQ and Manager’s Certificate (or willingness to get one)
  • A calm, confident presence and strong leadership skills
  • A love for people, teamwork, and creating great guest experiences
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet
