The Opportunity | Te Aheinga

As a reliever in our team, you will:

  • Move between different rooms and age groups to support our permanent kaiako.
  • Help guide daily activities, engage in play-based learning, and offer relational support.
  • Provide consistency and good energy as you slot into each new space.
  • Work alongside professional teams that value the fresh perspective you provide.
  • Support tamariki to feel safe, confident, and free to explore.
  • Help keep the day moving smoothly and child-centred.


About You | Mou

  • Is registered or unregistered, with a heart for nurturing, caring for, and supporting our little ones.
  • Is either experienced or new to the ECE space, as all backgrounds are welcome.
  • Brings a steady, positive energy and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Stays adaptable, is quick to pick up new routines, and happy to help where needed.
  • Stays anchored under pressure and enjoys being part of a professional, supportive culture.
