Job Description

We're on the lookout for qualified & non-qualified Traffic Management Workers to join our on-call casual crew. If you hold current TTM or TMO qualifications or are ready to begin a career in Traffic Management we want to hear from you.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Setting up and managing temporary traffic management sites
  • Operating stop/go
  • Managing the safe flow of traffic around worksites
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times
  • Ensuring the safety of road users and work crews
  • Following site-specific traffic plans and instructions
  • Communicating clearly with team members and the public


What we're looking for:


  • Willingness to complete a Traffic Control course or have a current qualification
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum Class 1 Restricted Licence (Class 1 Full preferred)
  • Full-time availability, including early starts, night shifts, weekends, and other non-standard hours as required
