About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a key payroll programme. Working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Technology stakeholders, you’ll lead requirements gathering, process analysis, workshop facilitation, and solution delivery across payroll initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across payroll projects
  • Facilitate requirements and process-mapping workshops
  • Document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver solutions
  • Support testing and business readiness activities

About You

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Strong payroll project experience
  • Hands-on PayGlobal experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience delivering in Agile and/or hybrid environments


Highly Desirable:

  • Payroll remediation programme experience
  • Knowledge of the NZ Holidays Act
  • Workday experience
  • Payroll systems implementation or transformation experience
