About the Role – Make a difference, one shift at a time


We’re on the lookout for caring, reliable people to join our casual Caregiver team at our Red Beach village.


This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re:


  • Looking for extra income without committing to fixed hours
  • Keen to pick up work over the holidays
  • Living nearby or able to travel easily to Red Beach


As a Caregiver, you’ll play an important role in supporting our residents to feel safe, comfortable, and valued.


On any given shift, you’ll be:


  • Providing kind, respectful care that supports residents’ daily needs
  • Working alongside registered nurses and experienced teams
  • Being part of a welcoming, modern care environment where teamwork matters


Depending on your experience and confidence, you can pick up a variety of shifts. We’d love to chat and explore the right fit for you across our villages.


About You – Bring your heart, we’ll help with the rest


You don’t need to tick every box—we’re much more interested in your attitude, kindness, and willingness to learn.


We’d love to hear from you if you:


  • Current Level 3 or 4 in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in aged care or working with older adults
  • Communicate well and work positively in a team
  • Bring empathy, patience, and a genuine care for others
