About the Role


As the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department while ensuring exceptional outcomes for both customers and staff.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Leading and mentoring electricians and support staff
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Growing the service division and identifying new opportunities
  • Preparing estimates and reviewing quotations
  • Managing invoicing, claims, and job profitability
  • Driving quality assurance across service work
