Location: Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland (Hybrid)

Full time: Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: $60,000

About the role

You'll play a key role supporting their Property Managers by taking ownership of their routine property inspections and helping them find great tenants for their available properties.


Your week will have plenty of variety. On designated inspection days, you'll be out visiting properties across their portfolio, completing thorough routine inspections and providing their Property Managers and owners with clear, detailed reporting on the condition of their properties. On letting days, you'll swap inspections for meeting prospective tenants, conducting property viewings and open homes, and helping showcase the available properties at their best. You'll also be involved in preparing properties for marketing, including taking advertising photos and videos to help their listings stand out.


Key responsibilities

  • Conducting scheduled routine property inspections
  • Preparing accurate, detailed and professional inspection reports
  • Using 360° inspection technology to give owners greater visibility of their properties
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance or property concerns
  • Conducting viewings and open homes for available rental properties
  • Taking quality photos and videos of properties for advertising and marketing
  • Helping ensure our available properties are presented at their best
  • Meeting and communicating with prospective tenants
  • Working closely with our Property Managers throughout the letting process
  • Assisting with access and other property-related appointments when required

About you

  • Confident and comfortable meeting new people
  • Friendly, approachable and professional
  • Naturally organised and good at managing your time
  • Observant, with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently while still being part of a team
  • A clear communicator, both in person and in writing
  • Someone with an eye for presentation and comfortable taking photos and videos
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
  • Reliable and able to take ownership of your schedule
  • Full New Zealand driver's licence required

Working Week

This role works a Tuesday to Saturday week, with Sunday and Monday as your regular days off.
