Our three purposefully designed rooms cater to children at different ages and stages of development, creating a fun, relaxed environment where tamariki can learn, explore, and grow.  We are very community-focused and we go on regular outings to our local rest home The Bayview. Through these outings, children develop skills such as empathy, love and kindness.


About the Role


We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher to join our toddlers team. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values strong relationships, child-led learning, and creating meaningful learning experiences for tamariki.

This is a permanent position between 30-35 hours per week, Monday to Friday,


What We’re Looking For


We’re looking for someone who:


  • Holds a B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
  • Is friendly, flexible, enthusiastic, and a real go-getter
  • Is keen to take on additional responsibilities and grow their career
  • Has a strong understanding of child-led curriculum, planning, and extending children’s learning
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of Te Whāriki and current ECE regulations
  • Is passionate about building positive relationships with tamariki and whānau
