Harcourts Queenstown is looking for its next Sales Manager, with a clear path to Branch Manager. What You'll Bring


You're likely an experienced real estate sales leader, branch manager, business owner, or top performing salesperson ready for the next step. You don't need a Branch Manager license to apply, but do need the desire to work towards one and we will assist you to achieve this. What matters most is how you lead, coach, and build trust fast.


You'll be:


  • Genuinely into coaching and developing people, not just managing them
  • Someone people trust quickly, and who holds them accountable
  • Good at spotting talent and bringing the best out of people
  • Someone who enjoys the wins, your own and everyone else's
