Traffic Controllers – Immediate Starts Available

$24 – $32 per hour | Wellington & Surrounds


We are currently recruiting Traffic Controllers and STMS for multiple roading, construction, and infrastructure projects across Wellington, Lower and Upper Hutt & Porirua.


With steady work coming through, we have immediate and ongoing opportunities for full-time, part-time, and casual roles.


What You’ll Earn $24 per hour (base Traffic Controller)

Up to $32 per hour for STMS-qualified roles

What We’re Looking For


  • Current Traffic Control qualifications (TMO, STMS, TTM, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, professional attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded team player
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Flexible availability, including early starts and occasional weekend
  • Reliable transport (many sites start before public transport hours)
  • Able to pass Police Check and Drug & Alcohol screening
