We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Administrator to support our national operations and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be an integral part of our supportive, down-to-earth, and forward-thinking team.

This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with our Auckland and Wellington offices, as well as our five other branches nationwide.

  • Maintaining accurate records on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).
  • Completing general accounts administration and office support.

  • Coordinating the team's health and safety administration and compliance requirements.
  • Contractor pre-qualification.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.

What we're looking for:

  • At least three years' experience in business administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software.
  • Previous experience with Orion software would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of personal ownership.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A customer-focused approach and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidence working with financial and compliance information.

Why join us?:

  • A competitive salary package.
  • A friendly, supportive, and progressive team culture.
  • A varied role with genuine responsibility.
  • Opportunities to contribute to ongoing process and business improvement.
  • Exposure to operations across a growing nationwide organisation.
