Ray White Five AM Bayside is looking for a super-organized, tech-savvy PA who's ready to bring their skills looking to level up your career in the real estate industry. This is your chance to be right in the action supporting a high-performing sales team from Mission Bay.


What's the Role?


This is a dynamic, fast-paced role working closely with a high-performing sales team who relies on you to keep their business running smoothly.


Your core responsibilities will include:


  • General administrative tasks
  • Property Campaign Management through marketing and reporting
  • Crafting high-impact personal marketing and promotional materials in Canva
  • Database management and general administrative support


Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)


Who We're Looking For:


  • Brings high energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic to team culture
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for continuous learning, personal growth, and professional development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Canva and social media management platforms.
  • Prior experience in real estate industry is preferred
