We have a great opportunity for an organised and proactive Corridor Access Requests (CARs) Coordinator to join our Telco team. This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Kerrs Road office in Auckland.


You’ll coordinate the council permissions, applications and supporting documentation required before work can begin in public road corridors. You’ll connect the dots between councils, clients and our delivery teams, keeping approvals on track and our crews ready to go.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Coordinating corridor access applications and approvals
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate job plans and documentation
  • Reviewing council conditions and communicating requirements to delivery teams
  • Keeping internal and external stakeholders informed
  • Identifying risks and resolving or escalating issues as required

You’ll be the person who keeps the moving parts moving, bringing people, paperwork and priorities together to get the job done.


We’re looking for:


  • Strong organisation, multitasking and time-management skills
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and document-management skills
  • The ability to identify problems and coordinate practical solutions
  • Confidence working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to make decisions


Experience working with councils, regulatory authorities, utilities, telecommunications, civil construction or infrastructure projects would be beneficial. Knowledge of road corridor requirements, temporary traffic management or utility reinstatement responsibilities would also be an advantage.
