We're looking for a keen, hardworking and innovative Fleet Manager to join our team and play a big part in achieving our goals. This role may be based in either Auckland or Christchurch.

We are in growth mode and experiencing over 200% growth year on year, and are offering an opportunity for someone to be a key member of our organisation and influence our exciting future.


This is a dynamic role involving management as well as working on the tools. This opportunity would suit a practical, hands on person with proven mechanical experience who prides themselves on working to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Oversee all aspects of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs and ensure they are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Keep vehicle details up to date in vehicle management software
  • Ordering and cost control
  • Some weekend work may be required


To be considered you will need proven experience in the automotive industry and / or a level 3 (or above) certification in Automotive Engineering (or similar).

  • Have strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Be an energetic team player
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and vehicle management software
  • Have outstanding time management and multitasking abilities, allowing you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Have high energy and passionate
  • Tourism experience highly regarded


An attractive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate based on the skills and experience. This is a full time role working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
