Job Description

We're looking for Cafe Assistants, Baristas, Kitchen Hands and Chefs to join our casual MetFlex team supporting our beautiful retirement village on the Kapiti Coast.

About the role

No two days are the same. Depending on your experience, you could be:

  • Crafting great coffee and serving customers
  • Assisting with food preparation and service
  • Supporting kitchen operations and meal delivery
  • Creating quality meals as part of our chef team
  • Providing exceptional service to residents and visitors

These roles are ideal for hospitality professionals, students, career changers, or anyone looking for flexible work with purpose.

About you

We're looking for people who bring:

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential for all roles)
  • Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn
