Job Description

This role will have you oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's busy warehouse. You will coordinate and lead the warehouse team, manage inventory movements and stocktaking, and ensure all warehouse, distribution, and transport processes are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.


The Role:


  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, and on-site inventory movements
  • Oversee inventory management, reconciliations, and scheduled stock takes
  • Oversee and direct a small team
  • Ensure all warehouse, inventory, and distribution documentation is completed accurately
  • Monitor inventory flow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better resource allocation or process improvements


What we are looking for:


  • Proven experience warehouse and inventory operations
  • Current forklift OSH and F endorsement
  • Strong people leadership and team development skills
  • Sound knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, and warehouse systems
  • A proactive approach to health, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
