Job Description


The Opportunity


As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the team, creating your people culture, driving performance, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.


You'll:


  • Lead, coach and motivate a high performing team
  • Drive operational excellence and business growth
  • Create outstanding patient experiences
  • Manage daily operations, staffing and rosters
  • Monitor KPIs and identify growth opportunities
  • Build a positive, accountable and collaborative culture
  • Support clinicians to achieve outstanding results
