We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our OMODA | JAECOO Greenlane team.


This is an exciting opportunity for an automotive sales professional to represent two rapidly growing brands, build strong customer relationships, and play a key role in driving dealership sales.


About the Role


You will manage the full vehicle sales process, from generating and following up leads through to vehicle delivery. You'll engage with customers, conduct demonstrations and test drives, negotiate confidently, and work towards achieving and exceeding your sales targets.


While previous automotive sales experience is preferred, we’re also open to candidates from other sales industries who have a genuine passion for customer service, vehicles and building strong customer relationships. If you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed, we’ll provide the training and support you need to become successful in the automotive industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Generate and follow up new sales opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate OMODA | JAECOO vehicles.
  • Manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and market awareness.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Work closely with Finance, Service, Parts, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity.


About You


You'll bring:

  • Previous automotive or sales experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A genuine passion for cars and customer service.
  • Strong drive, energy, and self-motivation.
  • A professional and customer-focused approach.
  • A current, full driver's licence.
