The Venue


Located in the heart of the Viaduct with incredible views in possibly the best spot in the city. Bivacco is a place for everyone serving hand-made pasta, seafood and dishes from Italy using the best ingredients along with great drinks that work whether the sun is out or the sun has set. Make your mark in the Auckland hospitality scene and lead one of the busiest bars in the city.


The Opportunity


We are searching for an experienced Waiter . You will have at least two years minimum experience as a waiter or bartender in a comparable venue, a good knowledge of food and beverage would be a huge advantage, the ability to communicate and up-sell food and beverage offerings, a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional dining experiences, and the ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays is essential.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional dining experiences to all of our guests.
  • Offering recommendations, taking food and beverage orders, and serving.
  • Ensure all product offerings and service are of exceptional quality .
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of of food and beverage offerings.
  • Working cohesively with both front of house and back of house and ensuring communication is open.
  • Being an ambassador for your venue and for Savor.
