Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused driver to join a busy paving and roading crew based in Hamilton. This is a hands-on role supporting civil construction projects across the North Island, offering variety, travel, and the opportunity to be part of a high-performing team.


About the Role

This position involves operating Class 5 vehicles to support road construction projects across multiple locations. The role includes working closely with site crews, maintaining a strong focus on health and safety, and being flexible to meet operational requirements.


Please note:

  • Varied shift times
  • Regular travel and stay-away work is required
  • Accommodation and travel arrangements are provided


What We're Looking For

  • Valid Class 5 Driver Licence
  • WRT (Wheels, Rollers & Tracks) endorsement
  • Previous experience in civil construction, roading, paving, or similar environments
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working night shifts and travelling when required
