We are seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator to support our residents with their planned activities at our stunning brand-new Care Home at Fairway Gardens in Golflands, East Auckland.


We have the following vacancy available working:


Sunday and Monday 8.30am to 5pm = 16hrs week


There may also be the opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired

You will assist our residents to enjoy meaningful leisure activities with the following:


  • Planning and implementing an innovative activities program
  • Liaising with families and staff to participate in leisure activities
  • Assisting our residents to participate in organized activities


About you


You are enthusiastic, creative, outgoing and can think outside the box. You will have experience as an Activities Coordinator in Aged Care, ensuring our residents are enjoying a therapeutic environment and experiencing the activities on offer.


You must have the following:


  • Careerforce or equivalent qualification – Level 4 or D/T
  • Current Full Drivers License & Current First Aid Certificate preferred
  • Previous experience in aged care and a desire to learn and develop your skill set
