About the role


We have an exciting permanent. part-time opportunity for a Wellness Coordinator ( Enrolled Nurse) to join our Auckland team.


You will work alongside our residents at our stunning retirement villages in West Auckland and on the North Shore.  You will be responsible for running the Wellness Clinic at 4 of our Villages, supporting our independent living residents to access external home-based support services (Personal cares and household support) ensuring a positive journey for our residents.


As an Enrolled Nurse, you will also do wellbeing health checks and manage their Health appointments. A current driver's license is essential for the role. You will be eligible to claim mileage based on our Travel Policy.


The role will be working 22.5 hours a week as follows:


  • Mondays at Gulf Rise Village (Red Beach) - 9.30am-3.30pm (5.5 hours)
  • Tuesdays at Orion Point Village (Hobsonville) - 9.30am-3.30pm (5.5 hours)
  • Thursdays at Waitakere Gardens (Henderson) - 9.30am-3.30pm (5.5 hours)
  • Fridays at Hibiscus Coast Village (Red Beach)  -9.30am-4pm (6 hours)


About you


  • An Enrolled Nurse qualification with a current APC. Previous Aged Care experience would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong customer relationship building experience and proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken English with the ability to communicate in a clear, considerate fashion.
  • Positive attitude and a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment. You will have empathy for the older person.
  • You will have loads of initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to work with autonomy.
  • The ability to use technology with confidence is an essential.
  • Current First Aid Certificate is also preferred, but we can support you to obtain this.
