Job Description

We are Kingsgate Hotel, Paihia. Together with Millennium and Copthorne Hotels we are one of New Zealand’s largest hotel operators and part of an expanding international network of hotels.


We are known for our outstanding service experiences and a fantastic team.  That's where you come in. We are looking for a talented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Team.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse and established team to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests and demonstrate a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Have the ability to meet and exceed our high housekeeping standards.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends, to accommodate the needs of the hotel and guests.


Requirements:


  • A solid work history showcasing your reliability and commitment.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping systems and processes an advantage.
  • Ability to work weekends

Candidates seeking permanent work are welcome, with a minimum of 30 hours per week and the possibility of additional shifts. Rate offered $26.46-27.83 depending on your level of experience.
