Job Description

We’ve got two local Queenstown landscaping companies looking for experienced Landscapers to join their crews ASAP.


Both are established local operators with work underway now and more projects coming through as we get closer to spring. They’re looking to add a few good people to their teams who can turn up, get stuck in and contribute from day one.


With spring just around the corner and the landscaping season starting to ramp up, now is a good time to get into a role with plenty of work ahead.


What you could be doing

The work will vary between the two companies and their current projects, but could include:

  • Building retaining walls, fences, pathways, patios and other outdoor features
  • Site preparation, digging, excavating and preparing foundations
  • Laying turf and establishing lawns
  • Planting trees, shrubs and seasonal plants
  • Working with timber, stone, brick and concrete
  • Irrigation and drainage work
  • General hard and soft landscaping

Who we're looking for

Ideally, you’ll have previous landscaping experience and be comfortable getting involved across different parts of a project.


You’ll need to be:

  • Experienced in hard and/or soft landscaping
  • Confident using landscaping tools and equipment
  • Physically fit and happy working outdoors
  • Reliable and able to work well as part of a crew
  • Someone who takes pride in leaving a good finished job

A full driver’s licence is preferred, and being able to drive a manual is an advantage.
