Welcome to the ZEIL Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

• Affiliates must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• ZEIL reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Earn $10 for every 100 referred users that click your link and land on our ZEIL.com homepage.
• Commissions are only valid for verified user actions that meet the specified criteria.
• Signup Bonus: Additional incentives may be available for high-performing affiliates.

• Affiliates may promote ZEIL using approved marketing materials.
• Prohibited Traffic Sources: Fraudulent traffic, incentivized clicks or installs, bot traffic, spam, and misleading advertising.
• Allowed Traffic Sources: UGC, organic content, outreach, influencer promotions, and social media marketing.
• Affiliates must not misrepresent ZEIL, use false claims, or engage in deceptive advertising.
• Use of paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) targeting ZEIL-branded keywords is strictly prohibited.

• Conversions are tracked via ZEIL’s affiliate tracking system and Google Analytics.
• ZEIL reserves the right to adjust or decline payouts for invalid or fraudulent transactions.

• Payments are processed on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50.
• Affiliates must provide valid payment details to receive commissions.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent conversions will result in commission reversals.
• All payments will be made via bank transfer.

• ZEIL has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. This includes fake conversions, incentivized traffic, and bot-generated traffic.
• Affiliates engaging in fraudulent activity will be immediately removed from the program and forfeit all commissions.
• ZEIL reserves the right to audit affiliate traffic and demand proof of legitimate promotional methods.
• If traffic quality is consistently poor, ZEIL may reduce or revoke commissions.

• ZEIL may terminate any affiliate account at its discretion for violating these terms.
• Affiliates may also request account termination with prior notice.
• Any unpaid commissions for fraudulent or non-compliant activities will not be paid out upon termination.

• ZEIL is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate’s participation in the program.
• Affiliates participate at their own risk and agree to indemnify ZEIL against any claims or damages.
