Jay Jays is part of Just Group. Just Group owns and operates the Just Jeans, Portmans, Dotti, Jacqui E and Jay Jays retail brands.
On 26 January 2025, Myer Holdings Limited acquired Just Group Limited (excluding the Peter Alexander and Smiggle brands, which are now owned by Premier Retail Holdings Limited).
