Who We Are
Founded on care
Care on Call was founded in 2009 on Auckland's North Shore with a simple belief: that the people providing care should genuinely care about the people receiving it.
From one small office to over 1,000 clients and 7 offices across New Zealand, we've grown because families trust us — and keep coming back.
What hasn't changed is how we work. We take the time to understand each person's needs. We carefully match the right support worker or caregiver. And we provide ongoing support to make sure the relationship works — because good care isn't a transaction, it's a relationship.
Care on Call is part of a family of healthcare organisations alongside our sister companies MedCall (healthcare recruitment) and Florence Nightingale Agency (nursing staffing).
