Meet Liam Grange, who’s celebrating 15 incredible years with Noel Leeming. Starting as a weekend salesperson over Christmas, he’s progressed through a range of in-store roles, led as a Regional Manager, and now drives strategic improvements across the business as our Continuous Improvement Lead. Along the way, Liam’s been recognised with two major honours – the Craig Bull Award for outstanding leadership and this year he received the Store Support Office Team Member of the Year for his support to our store network. Currently leading a team with over 80 years of combined experience, Liam works across the business to streamline processes and enhance the customer journey.
