Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing, Graphics & Content Coordinator to help elevate a professional, design‑focused organisation’s brand presence across digital channels, visual collateral, and client‑facing material. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing polished visual content, managing social media pipelines, and shaping how a business communicates its work and culture.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for creating and coordinating high‑quality visual, digital, and written content that supports brand visibility and storytelling. Working closely with senior leaders and project teams, you’ll develop material for social media, websites, presentations, submissions, and other marketing touchpoints.

While you’ll occasionally provide backup to the wider Business Support team, this is not an administration‑heavy role – your core focus is creative content, digital channels, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic design & visual communication – Produce polished graphics, templates, presentations, brochures, and branded collateral.
  • Social media content creation – Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts that highlight projects, people, events, and achievements.
  • Website content management – Update project pages, news items, imagery, and copy to ensure digital channels remain current and aligned with brand standards.
  • Marketing collateral & submissions – Support bids, tenders, and client submissions with well‑designed, brand‑aligned material.
  • Content coordination – Maintain a content schedule, gather information from internal teams, and ensure approved content is delivered on time.
  • Provide occasional practical support to the Business Support team during peak periods or leave cover.

About You

You’re a confident communicator with strong visual judgement and a keen eye for detail. You enjoy producing polished work and can manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or marketing coordination
  • Strong capability across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience managing social media channels and content pipelines
  • Strong writing skills for short‑form digital copy
  • Ability to translate project information into clear, engaging visual content
  • A proactive, organised, dependable working style
  • Experience in a design practice, professional services firm, marketing agency, property business, or similar environment

This role is suited to someone who can contribute from day one – not an entry‑level or graduate position.
