What we’re looking for?


We’d love to hear from you if you have:


  • Proven experience operating a curb machine or Asphalt paving machine
  • Class 2 or Class 4 licence + WTR
  • Civil construction experience and an understanding of the pace of site work
  • Good physical fitness — this is a hands-on role
  • A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
  • Pride in your work and a commitment to doing the job properly
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Availability to work full-time
