Road Sweeper Operators


We’re looking for experienced Road Sweeper Operators who are confident operating tractors fitted with hydraulically powered front sweepers.


Skilled Bobcat Operators


Not really for someone who drove one once while doing a course; we’re looking for a couple of guns who have 18 months of solid experience in the safe operation of a Bobcat on medium to large-scale civil jobs


Digger Operators


Experienced Digger Operators wanted, preferably with a Class 2 licence and a positive, team-first attitude.


What we’re looking for across all roles.


  • A minimum of a Full NZ Class 1 with WRT Endorsements.
  • Proven experience in your role.
  • Be physically fit and capable of working in a hands-on environment.
  • Be prepared to jump out of the cab and help with a shovel, spade or whatever the job requires.
  • Have a great team-player attitude.
  • Be reliable, hardworking and willing to pitch in.
  • Want to be part of a team that is committed to building and maintaining a strong, positive workplace culture.
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • A strong commitment to excellence in Health and Safety

Employers value proven operating experience, particularly on diggers up to 10 tonnes and in tight-access sites. Key technical skills include trenching, final trim, and safe work around live services. Communication, teamwork, and reliability are just as important.
