KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties with professionalism and warmth

- Handling incoming calls and directing queries efficiently

- Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling

- Supporting office staff with day-to-day operations as needed

- Maintaining an organized and tidy reception area


About you:

- Previous experience as an administrator or receptionist is advantageous but not essential

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- A friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude

- Computer savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and typing accuracy
