We are looking for an experienced and/or passionate Product Publisher to join our clients Product Team based in Auckland. This role will act to ensure our clients digital platforms remain up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with business needs. This role is ideal for someone with a polished skill set, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

About the Role:

As a Product Publisher, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, publishing, and managing a variety of operational and market documentation. You'll work closely with product teams, marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless content updates, localisation, and platform maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publish and localise content to support new feature development
  • Manage and update portals, ensuring smooth operations and handling retirements (redirects, form development, content removal)
  • Oversee operational content, including FAQs, autoship timings, new pages, and broken links
  • Update transactional and operational emails within Salesforce
  • Deliver super-user training and provide guidance on best practices
  • Support program delivery, including setup of keys, labels, and training journey materials


About You:

  • We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with:
  • Strong experience in digital publishing, content management, or a similar role
  • A polished, senior-level skill set with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience managing documentation, portals, and operational content
  • Familiarity with content localisation and working across different markets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
