About the role


We have an exciting opportunity to join our passionate village teams to work alongside our residents at our 5 stunning retirement villages in the Tauranga/Mt Maunganui/Papamoa Beach areas.  In this role you will be responsible for running the Wellness Centre supporting our independent living residents to access external home-based support services (Personal cares and household support) ensuring a positive journey for our residents.


This role is working 28 hours per week travelling between 5 stunning retirement villages, so a current driver’s license and car are essential for the role. We offer excellent hourly rates, travel allowance between villages and great staff benefits.


About you


  • Strong customer relationship building experience and proven ability delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken English with the ability to communicate in a clear, considerate fashion.
  • Previous Aged Care or community health service experience would be highly beneficial.
  • Helpful, positive attitude and a caring, respectful manner. You will have empathy for the older person.
  • You will have loads of initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to work with autonomy.
  • The ability to use technology with confidence is an essential.
  • Current First Aid Certificate is also preferred, but we can support you to obtain this.
