We’re looking for a skilled and adaptable administrator to join our Administration Training Team. Working 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday), you’ll provide essential support across multiple centres in the Christchurch region, stepping in during administrator vacancies, absences, or training transitions.


This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys working across different environments and making a real difference.


About the Role


As our Administrator Centre Support, you’ll:


  • Provide high-quality administrative support across multiple centres
  • Support Centre Managers with accurate and timely admin processes
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education requirements and company policies
  • Manage centre documentation with accuracy
  • Maintain calendars and support day-to-day centre operations
  • Collaborate with the wider Administration and centre teams


Travel will be required across the Christchurch area.


What We’re Looking For


You’ll bring:


  • Strong administration experience (ideally 2+ years)
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Understanding of ECE regulations and MOE funding requirements (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments
  • A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindset
  • A full driver licence and access to a personal vehicle
