We are currently seeking a Junior IT Service Desk Support person to join their team in Penrose . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their IT career while gaining valuable hands-on experience across computer hardware, networking, and technical support.

About the Role:


  • Providing first-level IT and service desk support to users
  • Troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
  • Setting up and configuring computers, laptops and other IT equipment
  • Assisting with hardware installations, replacements and upgrades
  • Supporting basic networking and connectivity issues
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Responding to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting the wider IT team with day-to-day technical tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal users


You Will Need:


  • A qualification, study or relevant experience in IT, networking, computer science or a related field
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop your technical skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transport to and from Penrose
  • Availability to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm
