Job Description

Join a growing production team and play a key role in processing high-quality biological products used in the diagnostic, pharmaceutical, and research industries.


We are seeking reliable Production Technicians to support liquid and dry processing operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with machinery, following detailed processes, and being part of a team that values precision and quality.


Recent graduates in relevant fields (e.g. science, biotech, food technology, or similar) are encouraged to apply.

Shift Available:

  • Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
  • Thursday–Saturday + every second Sunday


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate and monitor computer-controlled processing equipment
  • Assist with centrifugation, filtration, liquid handling, and temperature-controlled systems
  • Conduct basic lab testing (pH, conductivity, protein, solids)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow strict quality standards
  • Package, label, and prepare products for dispatch
  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as required
  • On-farm collections during the peak seasons - Physically demanding, including lifting 25kg + & driving a Class 1 vehicle

What You’ll Bring:

  • NCEA Level 2 or equivalent
  • OR a recent qualification in a relevant field (science, biotech, food tech, etc.)
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or lab environments (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Full driver's licence
