Qualfied and Ticketed Scaffolders - Temp/ Temp to Perm


Join a well-established team supporting Scaffolding projects in Christchurch as a qualified scaffolder. We're looking for a qualified , reliable, experienced scaffolder ready to hit the ground running.


We will not be accepting overseas applicants.


YOUR NEXT GIG:


Our client is a locally owned scaffolding company with a huge amount of work coming up through winter and into summer. Based in Waltham, they offer full scaffolding services across residential and commercial.


You will assist with erecting and dismantling scaffolding, including tube & clip, ring lock, and mobile scaffolds on residential and light commercial builds. You will be handling, carrying and staging scaffold components such as standards, ledgers, braces, planks, base plates, and fittings.


You're proficient at hand tools including spanners, levels, hammers, and impact tools. You will be loading and unloading trucks, while maintaining a high level of site safety in all weather and working environments.


YOU HAVE:


  • A basic scaffolding ticket, Low Level Scaffolding or Scaffolding COC
  • Working at heights tickets
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • Ability to communicate well personally & in a team environment
  • Restricted license (and above) and reliable mode of transport. Holding a Class 2 license is highly advantageous
  • An immediate start date is preferred.


YOU'LL GET:


  • Competitive hourly rate - $30-40ph based on relevant tickets & experience
