Engineering/Construction Surveyor, Wagga Wagga/Riverina NSW | $110,000 – $140,000 - Defence/Government Projects


The Company


Our client is a well‑established surveying consultancy delivering long‑term defence, government infrastructure, and major civil projects across the Wagga Wagga and Riverina region.


Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Engineering / Construction Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.


The Role This role offers the opportunity to work on large‑scale defence and infrastructure projects as well as regional civil and local development works.


You will be responsible for delivering accurate construction set‑out and survey support using industry‑leading technology.

The Role

  • Construction and engineering surveying across major infrastructure projects
  • Use of 12d, 12d Field and AutoCAD for field and office deliverables
  • Operation of Leica or Trimble total stations and GNSS equipment
  • Supporting project teams with accurate setting out and survey data
  • Ensuring survey work meets project specifications and safety standards

About You

  • Diploma or Degree in Surveying
  • Expert‑level proficiency in 12d, 12d Field, AutoCAD
  • Strong experience using Leica or Trimble total stations and GNSS equipment
  • 3–5+ years’ post‑graduate experience in Australia
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
