Licensed Builder - High-End Residential

St Heliers & Herne Bay | Auckland


Our client is looking for an experienced Licensed Builder to join their team, working across some of Auckland's most impressive high-end residential builds in sought-after locations including St Heliers and Herne Bay.


This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled builder who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and enjoys working on architecturally designed, high-spec homes.


The Role


  • Work on high-end residential new builds and renovations
  • Deliver a high standard of workmanship across all stages of construction
  • Read and work from plans and specifications
  • Work alongside a professional team of trades and contractors
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety and site presentation
  • Take pride in delivering projects to a premium finish


About You


We're looking for someone who:


  • Holds a New Zealand Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) licence
  • Has solid experience in high-end residential construction
  • Is confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work
  • Is reliable, professional and has a strong work ethic
  • Can communicate well with clients, subcontractors and other trades
  • Has a genuine passion for quality building
