$130,000 - $165,000 plus vehicle

This is an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to take the lead of a talented Land Surveying team in Auckland, driving performance, supporting growth, and delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

The Role


  • As Survey Manager, you will lead and coordinate the Land Surveying team, ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical standard, on time, and within budget.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role where you will provide technical expertise, mentor staff, oversee commercial performance, and help drive the continued growth of the business.
  • Key responsibilities will include leading team operations, managing workloads and project delivery, maintaining technical standards, overseeing proposals and budgets, supporting business development initiatives, and promoting a positive, safe, and high-performing workplace culture.


About You


  • You will be a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with strong experience in land surveying and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver quality outcomes.
  • You will bring sound commercial acumen, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to manage both technical delivery and client relationships.
  • To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and solutions-focused leader who can motivate others, drive performance, and contribute to the growth of the business.
