About the employer


A well-established franchise dealership with a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service is looking for two Service Advisors to join their team.


Their service department is modern, busy, and supported by experienced technicians, quality systems, and strong leadership.


The role


Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every service experience is professional and seamless.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
  • Liaising between customers and technicians
  • Providing service updates and repair estimates
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Assisting in achieving service department targets

Skills and experience required


  • Previous Service Advisor experience in a franchise dealership is preferred
  • Experience in a similar automotive customer service role will also be considered
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and computer skills
  • Full, clean New Zealand driver's licence
