About the Opportunity


  • Own and optimise CRM, lifecycle, app and digital customer journeys
  • Use customer data and behavioural insights to improve engagement and frequency
  • Work across a broad digital remit with plenty of scope to test and improve


What You’ll Bring


  • 2–3 years’ experience across digital, CRM, lifecycle or customer journeys
  • Hands-on experience with segmentation, automation and digital platforms
  • Analytical, curious and confident working across multiple stakeholders
