Job Description

On Offer:


  • Days/Time of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (days and time may vary)
  • Pay: $28 - $40 per hour, depending on your skill set
  • Up to $1,200 sign-up bonuses for NZ-based applicants
  • Permanent or temp to perm opportunity depending on candidate


You need:


  • At least two years of relevant carpentry experience / NZQF Level 4 qualification in Carpentry / equivalent overseas qualification
  • Proficiency in using carpentry hand tools and power tools (preferably own tools)
  • Able to pass drug test and criminal record check
  • Must be physically fit and own reliable transportation
  • Right to work in New Zealand (work visa holders considered)


Tasks will depend on specific qualifications and assigned job, including:


  • Perform various carpentry duties ranging from formwork and concrete to finishing carpentry
  • Work with a range of materials including timber, plywood, MDF, particleboard, laminates, etc.
  • Operate, maintain, and safely use hand tools, portable power tools, and woodworking machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with New Zealand Building Code, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
