Experienced Carpenters Wanted – Rotorua Location


Tradestaff on the lookout for skilled and reliable carpenters to join our clients’ growing teams. You’ll be working across a wide range of residential and commercial projects throughout the Rotorua region — from new builds and renovations to high-end finishing work.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking qualified and experienced carpenters who can hit the ground running. You’ll be confident working both independently and as part of a crew, delivering quality workmanship on time and to a high standard.


Requirements:

  • Trade Qualified Carpenter (or extensive experience in the trade)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant carpentry experience
  • Proven ability in framing, formwork, and finishing
  • Strong understanding of NZ building codes and standards
  • Own basic hand tools and power tools
  • Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence
  • Site Safe or ConstructSafe preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Must have the right to work in New Zealand
