We are now looking for an innovative Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help tell the Wingates story through our projects, our people, our ideas and the work we do with our clients. This is an engaged, exciting and varied role for someone who is creative, curious, organised and commercially aware.


The Role

At its heart, this is a Graphic Design & Marketing role.

You will help bring Wingates' work to life through compelling visual communication while supporting the Marketing and Business Development activities of the practice. Working alongside our Principals, Managing Director and project teams across our studios. You will help communicate the value of our integrated design approach and the stories behind the places we create. Building relationships and turning those relationships into opportunities.


You will have the scope to work across:

  • Graphic design and layout for proposals, presentations, capability statements and marketing collateral
  • Brand management, Website digital content and development, including Social media
  • Project profiles, case studies and storytelling
  • Proposals, EOIs, RFPs and client presentations
  • CRM overview and the organisation of client, project and opportunity information
  • Collaboration with Architecture & Interiors team for Client graphic design packages
  • Awards submissions and industry communications
  • Photography and management of project image library
  • Events, campaigns and thought leadership
  • Working towards creating a strong inhouse Graphic Design Sector at Wingates in the next 6 months


What You Will Be Doing

  • Creating proposals, presentations and marketing collateral for client submissions from opportunity through to delivery
  • Developing project stories, case studies and content that showcase our people, projects and expertise, and communicating the value of our work
  • Supporting Social media, Website content, Photography, Campaigns and thought leadership
  • Assisting with Business Development activities and CRM management
  • Maintaining the Wingates brand, visual identity and marketing assets
  • Coordinating Graphics packages for our clients
  • Organisation of client, industry, and networking events


Who We Are Looking For

This role could suit a Graduate or Intermediate Graphic Designer, or an Architecture, Interior Design Graduate interested in building a career at the intersection of Design, Marketing and Business Development:

  • Creative, with strong Graphic Design and Visual Communication skills
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
  • Engaged in Architecture, Interiors, Design and the Built Environment
  • An effective communicator who can write clearly and work well with people
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities, with strong attention to detail
  • Curious about Business, Clients and how relationships are built
  • Eager to learn new tools, technologies, around Marketing and Business Development
  • Collaborative, positive and keen to contribute to the success of the wider team
